Today I will be talking about my experiences with regards to Mike Ramsey's book in my Stop Sweating and Start Living Review.
When I had first heard of Mike Ramsey's book I had already tried pretty much everything. When I say everything, I mean I tried store bought antiperspirants, prescription antiperspirants...I tried watching my diet, cutting out spicy foods, drinking more water….everything you can imagine, you name it I tried it. It was about 20 pages long and at that point I was wondering if I had just thrown away my money… I started reading though and noticed that Mike said he knew his book was short and that he’s all about cutting out the fluff and getting to the point.
As I read on I saw what he meant, this book was jam packed full of good stuff, it gets right into what steps you need to start taking now to see a difference, it was refreshing…

Mike Ramsey also included 2 additional books, 1 of which had over 40 pages worth of material on how to cure hyperhidrosis of the face, palms, feet and just the whole body in general. There was also a book on overcoming foot fungus, although I didn’t have any use for that…
So, here is my stop sweating and start living review starting from Day 1! :
Day 1: I went out to the store and bought some of the materials that were needed for the treatment, I hopped in the shower and immediately got to work on the treatment. The treatment is only supposed to be 30 seconds long but I did it a good minute.
Day 2: I had noticed that my arms were getting a bit red from the Stop Sweating and Start Living treatment, this was to be expected according to Mike Ramsey and a natural part of the process. I did however note that I was actually sweating a bit more than usual though which made me freak a bit.
Day 4: The excess sweating had gone down substantially at this point! I think that the over-sweating that was going on was due to my body purging itself of all the caked on antiperspirant I used to use.
Day 10-11: Here is where there was a lot of change to be seen. I was seeing a dramatic decrease in the size of my sweat stains on my shirts, my armpits were no longer literally DRIPPING with sweat at this point and I felt a lot less inhibited.
